Through our platform, exhibitions, and salons, we create pathways for collectors to support artists directly while experiencing moving-image art as both collectible and culturally significant.
About the Role
Art Wow Now seeks a curator with institutional experience to develop moving-image art exhibitions exploring the intersection of art and technology. We are looking for someone who can identify emerging and established artists working with time-based media, video installation, digital art, and experimental moving image practices that push boundaries and challenge conventions. The curator will bring fresh curatorial perspectives to how technology shapes artistic expression and vice versa, whether through AI and machine learning, immersive installations, interactive media, or hybrid analog-digital practices.
This role involves conceptualising exhibition themes, researching and selecting artists and works, managing all aspects of project realisation from concept through installation, and contributing to critical discourse around contemporary moving image art. We seek curators who can work collaboratively with artists, navigate complex technical requirements, and create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences while maintaining intellectual rigour.
Responsibilities

* Select artists and artworks working at the art-technology nexus
* Write exhibition texts and interpretive materials
Requirements
* 10+ years institutional curatorial experience (museum, cultural centre, or comparable)
* Expertise in moving-image art, digital and time-based media
* Understanding of art-technology practices and exhibition technologies
