Process Technician (Blown Film Extrusion)

We are seeking keen, dedicated and smart individuals who are interested in learning about our process's and developing new skills. Applicants should be dedicated individuals with great attention to detail who take pride in what they do. Prior experience with blown film extrusion is not required however prior involvement with technical manufacturing process's is valued. We will provide ongoing on the job training and development during your employment.
We are looking for long term employees who are interested in growing with the business while furthering their career in blown film manufacturing.
You will be working in a close-knit team and have responsibility for extruded film quality and scrap on several machines. You must be a solid "team player' and be willing to contribute across various dynamic roles.
We run 4X12 hour shifts - Between Monday and Friday. So you are only required to work four days per week.
We have a fast-paced environment, so suitable for people that like to be kept busy We operate both day and night shifts.
