Job Description
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to develop and execute targeted strategies for the QLD/NSW market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and exclusive distributor partners.
* Conduct regular customer visits and joint calls to foster engagement and market penetration.
* Leverage technical expertise to articulate product value, safety, and compliance benefits.
* Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and success.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an individual with:
* 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the industrial or abrasive blasting sectors.
* A strong technical understanding of product benefits, safety, and compliance.
* Excellent relationship-building and commercial acumen.
* Self-motivation, target-driven, and able to work autonomously.
* Exceptional communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
* Willingsness to travel extensively across QLD and NSW.
