Your key responsibilities:
* Support the origination and execution of landmark M&A transactions across all sectors
* Coordinating sell- and buy-side process planning and execution
* Due diligence of acquisition targets and market research
* Support the review and negotiation of deal documentation
* Participation in marketing efforts, including preparation of client presentations and pitches
* Handling day to day client queries on execution related matters
Your skills and experience:
* Relevant M&A experience with deep understanding of M&A transactions and processes
* Highly motivated and self-driven with ability to multi-task
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Have strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
* Strong communication skills and able to articulate complex advice to clients clearly and succinctly
