We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Assistant (Driver & Packing) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfilment (Core Duty)
* Driving: collection from supplier warehouses (van supplied)
* Pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Ensure all orders are checked for quality and accuracy before shipping
* Manage packaging supplies and maintain a clean, organised workspace
* Cleaning and tidying of all warehouse, storefront and amenity areas
Inventory & Warehouse
* Receive and check supplier deliveries
* Restock and maintain product shelving
* Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
Customer Service & Admin
* Assist customers instore with enquiries and pickup orders
General Operations
* Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks independently
Desirable (but trainable):
* Customer service background
