**Job Title:** Aftersales Commercial Manager
About the Role:
To establish a strong business link between our aftersales operations and dealership parts and service departments, providing analytical and commercial expertise to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve market objectives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
* Develop and implement aftersales offerings that meet customer needs and improve dealer performance.
* Support dealerships in achieving annual business goals and report on progress.
* Organize structured visits to dealerships to provide training and facilitate goal achievement.
* Provide market insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
* Maintain relationships with dealerships and ensure they are adequately trained in relevant systems and processes.
* Operate within legislative, ethical, and safety requirements, meeting stakeholder needs.
* Develop and improve dealer performance through analysis and process improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with all business procedures and regulatory requirements.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Agricultural-related field.
* 2-5 years' experience in relationship management within an aftersales environment.
* High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to travel for business support.
* Significant experience in relationship management within an aftersales environment, preferably in agriculture.
