We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administration Assistant to support our finance operations.


Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately process invoices and claims, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
* Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and finalize weekly payroll processing, including ad-hoc payments and leave requests.
* Effectively manage and maintain data across internal systems to ensure seamless operations.
* Provide exceptional customer service by directing inquiries to the correct department.
* Efficiently process accounts payable, including supplier invoices and payments.
* Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, generating reports and reconciliations as needed.
* Support general administration tasks to facilitate finance team operations.


Requirements:

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
