The Role
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Automotive Salesperson / Brand Manager to join our team and take the next step in your career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing automotive dealership brands.
This dual-role position combines frontline sales with brand development, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a flair for marketing and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Manage and grow the brand presence within the dealership and local market
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and industry trends
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
* Coordinate with management and suppliers to ensure brand consistency
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in automotive sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Passion for cars and the automotive industry
* Ability to manage brand identity and marketing initiatives
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Valid driver’s licence
