We are seeking a seasoned leader to support Child & Family teams in embedding therapeutic practice, ensuring service excellence and strengthening collaboration. This key role involves driving consistency and quality outcomes for children, young people and families through evidence-based frameworks.
About the Role
This leadership position is critical to our organisation's success. You will lead teams and drive collaboration, embed therapeutic and reflective practices, identify and fix service gaps and risks, and lead policy and practice improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline
* Child & Family service leadership experience
* Skilled in reflective practice models such as TCI and CALM
* Strong project, coaching and facilitation skills
