Job Description
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
* Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
* Support team leadership, coaching, and development to maintain high performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, WHS standards, and operational procedures.
* Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and store presentation.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
* Contribute to rostering, training, and performance management processes.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in retail or trade sales, ideally with some leadership exposure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve results.
* Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends.
* A passion for tools, equipment, and helping customers find the right solutions.
