The Role:
* Carrying out a range of carpentry and construction tasks with quality and precision
* Installing timber frames, trusses and prefabricated building components
* Organising materials and tools to keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule
* Assisting with maintenance, variations and general construction activities
* Working collaboratively with supervisors, tradespeople and suppliers
* Completing documentation and time records using basic computer systems
* Contributing to a safe, positive and productive work environment
Who We're After:
* Certificate III in Carpentry (or Joinery)
* At least two years' onsite experience, ideally with prefab frames & trusses
* Must withhold tools, a current driver's licence & white card
* Strong time management, teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to work overtime or travel to remote locations occasionally
* Basic computer skills (email, internet, word processing)
* Bonus points if you have experience with prefabricated steel frames.
