About the Role
Our RACV Retail Outlet based in Shepparton prides itself on providing exceptional service to our community and we are looking for a customer service specialist to join our team.
You will be front line in assisting new or existing RACV members who visit our store, with all enquiries from purchasing Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance products to even Travel Insurance and Attraction tickets! As part of this exciting blended role, you will also be assisting our Memberline Contact Centre with inbound home & motor insurance calls.
Start Date
Commencing on Monday, 18th of May 2026.
Responsibilities
* Provide face‐to‐face customer service to retail store visitors.
* Assist customers over the phone and at the store.
* Support the Memberline contact centre with inbound home and motor insurance calls.
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
* Face‐to‐face customer service experience.
* Telephone customer service experience.
* Experience achieving sales targets & KPIs (highly regarded but not essential).
* Self‐driven, motivated to succeed.
* Proficient in navigating multiple systems.
* Enthusiastic, resilient and committed to providing a positive member experience.
* Able to work well in a team environment.
* Permanent part‐time, 25 hours per week; 6‐week fixed rotating roster (Saturday, other days).
Extensive Training Program
RACV provides 7 weeks of full‐time paid training (Monday‐Friday). Following training you will transition to your dedicated rostered hours.
