LOVELY PART TIME ROLE WITH SMALL FRIENDLY TEAM...
* Right near Armadale station (2-3 minutes walk) - easy to leave the car at home and listen to music or a book on the way to the office
* Reporting directly to Principal you will assist with general accounting duties:
* The role will cover: invoicing using myob and external portal (will train on this), accounts payable end to end; accounts receivable (banking, allocations of received funds etc); reporting; small payroll with associated compliance; preparation of BAS and Administration duties such as order stationery etc and responsible for financial costs data to clients.
* We are seeking a candidate who really understands and appreciates the important work small business does in our community
* Experience with myob account right together with solid end to end general book-keeping is essential
* A pleasant personality and can-do attitude is needed as this is a small friendly team
* 2 days per week - 9.00 am to 5.30 pm or 3 days 9.00 am to 3.00 pm if they need to work shorter hours however must work on a Friday
* Negotiable $ - this is an ongoing permanent part time role
