Senior Analyst Programmer – C#.Net
Contract to 29/03/2026 with possible extension | Newstead + WFH
We're working with a leading Queensland government client to recruit a Senior Analyst Programmer – C#.Net. In this role you will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining configurations, workflows, and code in a well-established environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework 6.
* Writing efficient and optimized SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support application functionality.
* Enhancing front-end components using jQuery and to deliver responsive and interactive user experiences.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers, and other developers to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
* Participating in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical discussions to support continuous delivery and improvement.
What we're looking for?
* Strong commercial experience in C#.NET development.
* Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework 6.
* Solid experience with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
* Front-end development skills using jQuery and
* Experience working in agile teams and using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
