The Role
The role represents an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Golf Operations Manager to work full-time within the golf operations and retail services at the Club.
Reporting to the Golf Operations Manager, key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
* Assist with the management of day-to-day operations of the Sports Shop in line with the Club’s policies and procedures
* Provide exceptional Member experience in line with the Club’s values
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation of the Sports Shop
* Manage Sports Shop retail, merchandising and inventory control
* Ensure the Golf Shop, and managed equipment is presented in a manner commensurate with that of leading golf clubs
* Arrange golf club demonstration and fitting days to satisfy member demand and reach sales budgets
* Development and delivery of a Club Fitting service provided to Members within rostered hours
* Ensure SOP’s and Golf Shop manual are adhered to
* Assist with competition and timesheet management
* Assist with golf club repairs
* Assist with the management of the Club golf cart fleet and member club storage
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes :

* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* Organised, punctual, and reliable
* Immaculate presentation and professional standards
