What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the go‑to person who keeps our office running like a well‑oiled machine. Your responsibilities will include:
* Accounts & Bookkeeping
* Invoicing
* Purchasing
* Scheduling
* General office administration
* Assisting the project Managers and Estimators
This is a key role for the business, and having the right person in this seat helps the entire team thrive.
What You MUST Bring
* Strong experience with Xero Software
* Strong experience with Simpro Software
* Strong accounts & Bookkeeping background
