This world-class manufacturer of plastic consumables and consumer packaging is headquartered in South Australia. The business revenues are approximately $30 million and the company employs over 70 staff on-site at the highly automated advanced manufacturing facility. This privately owned global exporter now seeks to appoint a **Head of Sales and Marketing** to be based in Adelaide. The Executive team and Board have outlined significant growth plans for the business over the next five years, which includes expanding the manufacturing base.
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Sales and Marketing is a critical appointment with the role’s key focus being on designing and executing a robust marketing and brand strategy, driving business growth and strategic product management. A solid emphasis on building and leading a high performing sales and marketing team and establishing streamlined processes is essential along with monitoring service delivery performance and working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders in the business.
As a hands-on sales and marketing leader, you will bring excellent relationship building skills, high emotional intelligence, deep business and commercial acumen and an analytical mindset. With a robust track record of successfully managing a growth-centric manufacturing business, preferably you will have industry expertise in plastics, packaging, or related manufacturing fields.
