**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Documentation and basic designs for commercial & residential construction projects,
- Responsible for drafting plans/drawings for our small & medium sized civil projects.
- Programming and Time Management - keeping and recording time sheets for jobs
- Checking structural drawings. Control/Amend/Rectify drawings to meet needs of clients.
- Conducts tests of construction materials, prepares sketches and tabulations, and assists in estimating costs in support of Civil Engineering Professionals and Engineering technologists.
- Work under supervision of Civil Engineers and report directly to Project Manager/s
- Work with Engineers & Technicians to solve problems.
- Responding and solving the execution engineers' problems related to drawings
- Prepare detailed Civil design plans using AutoCAD software
- Inspecting Civil engineering works, organizing, supervising maintenance and repair work
- Able to show continuous improvement and understanding of civil engineering design
- Able to work independently with mínimal guidance to adhere to project needs and requirements
- Evaluating the details of execution drawings and control of restrictions in execution and workshop equipment under the supervision of senior civil engineers.
- The step by step supervision of construction stage and preparation of as built drawings.
- Conducting survey and submission of survey report
**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
- Education: Degree or Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field
- Specialist: Civil Engineering Technician
- 3+ years of experience in a construction
- Understanding of international engineering standards and codes
- Good communication skills
- Good planning and organization skills
- Strong attention to details
- Intermediate to High-level Revit software and model creation
- Proficient in 2D CAD formats such as AutoCAD
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
