The Role
Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in Winnellie, theBMS Service Technicianwill be responsible for performing BMS service maintenance on multiple different platforms while utilising reports from the VAE Bureau to ensure the service maintenance delivers a targeted outcome for the customer.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
* Plan maintenance and repair work as required
* Provide quotations and deliver service jobs or installation works as required
* Provide technical support for maintenance contracts and warranties
* Implement control sequence changes and updates as required
* Conduct detailed inspections of buildings/sites
* Establish preventative maintenance and repair schedules
* Develop strong relationships with customers
What we are looking for
You will demonstrate similar BMS experience in automation service, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:
* Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
* Refrigeration or Electrical Trade Qualification (Dual trade preferred)
* Exceptional time management
* Ability to work under pressure
* Restricted electrical license
* Strong desire to learn and master new systems and technology
