About the role
As part of our Vision 2030 strategy, David Jones is focused on transforming the experiences we deliver to our customers.
We are in the final months of our Chatswood Store of the Future refurbishment, which will be unveiled in October.
We have reimagined our fitting rooms, styling suites and beauty rooms, and we are looking for people to bring these experiences and services to life.
As a Visual Merchandising Assistant, you will work alongside the Visual Merchandising Manager and play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by curating our world-class offerings.

Responsibilities
Plan and implement visual experiences that bring the brand direction to life.
Create merchandise displays that maximise sale opportunities for specific products or promotions.
Maintain fixtures and equipment in line with safety standards.
Set up promotional collateral throughout the store.
Consider potential opportunities to further develop our visual impact.
Work collaboratively with the greater team to ensure we are a premium retail destination of choice.
Have completed or are working towards a Visual Merchandising or Design qualification.
Are creative and have a keen eye for detail whilst also identifying commercial opportunities.
Have experience working in a similar role.
