Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
* Liaise directly with customers, answering all enquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
* Contribute to and manage local business development initiatives to promote our services throughout the local community.
* Support the Medical Secretaries and Hospital Bookings Teams to ensure that customer requirements / queries are effectively dealt with.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a customer service, sales or marketing role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy.
* Good organizational skills.
