Casual Customer Support Agents | Day & Night Shifts Available
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Agents to join Westridge Goods. This is your chance to be part of a brand families love — while working alongside a supportive, close-knit crew.
What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer enquiries with care and professionalism (via email, social media and other internal platforms)
Assisting with order-related questions and resolving delivery or product issues
Providing exceptional support to both retail and wholesale customers
Collaborating with our warehouse and office teams to keep things running smoothly
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Sharing customer insights to help improve products and experiences
What We’re Looking For
Minimum age: 18 years
Previous customer service experience (Shopify or internal ticketing system experience is a bonus, but not essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A problem-solver with outstanding attention to detail
Positive, team-oriented, and reliable
Tech-savvy and comfortable working across different online systems (Shopify and Shipstation a bonus, but not essential)
