* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure legislative and Enterprise Agreement compliance, while supporting our strategic objectives
* Provide authoritative advice across all levels of the organization on employment law, enterprise agreements, and industrial relations relative to employment policies
* Collaborate with executive leadership on performance frameworks, change management, and communications
* Deliver high-quality documentation, briefings, web content and strategic reports tailored to diverse stakeholder groups
