What You'll Be Doing
* Collaborate directly with startup founders to define and design mobile apps and SaaS platforms from the ground up.
* Lead discovery sessions to map out user journeys, define flows, and clarify product vision.
* Deliver wireframes, high-fidelity screens, clickable prototypes, and functional UX flows using Figma.
* Create and maintain user flows, documentation, and diagrams to clearly communicate design intent and user requirements.
* Own 2–3 projects at a time, ensuring smooth delivery and exceptional UX quality.
* Work closely with our strategy and dev teams to bring designs to life with integrity and polish.
* Deliver UX Research artifacts,wireframes, high-fidelity screens, clickable prototypes, and functional UX flows using Figma.

Requirements
* 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio of mobile and SaaS products.
* Proven experience working in fast-paced startups or founder-led environments.
* Based in Australia with full work rights.
* Excellent communication and client management skills — you speak startup and UX equally well.
* Mastery of Figma with deep experience in prototyping and interface design.
* Capable of creating clear documentation, user flows, diagrams, and UX strategy artifacts.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver user-centered design aligned with business goals.
