**Purpose**
The primary objectives of this position are to:
- Provide high -level comprehensive, confidential executive support to the Executive Management Team in
particular the General Manager People, Culture and Safety and General Manager Infrastructure Planning &
Operations and Board.
- Driving good planning principles that support efficient operation of the executive management.
- Support continuous improvement of business processes including emerging business technologies.
**Key Duties/Responsibilities.**
- End to end management in partnership with the Corporate Secretary of Board Sub-Committee and relevant
internal Committee meetings.
- Scheduling and prioritisation of meetings to maximise Executive engagement and ensure the achievement
of organisational goals.
- Compilation, preparation and review documents to ensure appropriate standard and consistency.
- Provision of support to the Managing Director's office as and when required.
- Timely and efficient management of financial and administrative business functions.
- Proactively work to enhance the /customer experience.
- Undertake _higher duties_ responsibilities as required.
- Other duties as directed.
**. Authority and Accountability**
- Accountable for the provision of professional and positive first point of contact service to CHW customers.
- Accountable for accurate and timely maintenance of systems and databases relevant to the position as
well as compliance with all relevant policies procedures, codes and other business instruments.
- At all times, create, maintain and foster a safe work environment and ensure compliance with the
provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Regulations and CHW policies and procedures.
- Required to actively identify and participate in training as required.
- Required to support in the development and maintenance of the "corporate planner/calendar".

**. Specialist Knowledge and Skills**
- Very strong computer skills and highly capable with all Microsoft Office and specialist software
- Ability to pro-actively undertake comprehensive research and report on projects for General Managers
- Proficiency in desktop publishing, intranet publishing and MS teams to improve efficiency is preferred.
- Prepare high level documentation, reports, Board Paper drafts, comprehensive spreadsheets, Power
Point presentations, draft documents for reports, briefing notes, board papers and demonstrated
experience in the preparation, collation and filing of reports
