Job Title: Library & Visitor Service Ambassador
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our residents and visitors in a casual capacity.
This role is based at our Normanton Library and Visitors Information Centre where you will be working closely with the community to provide front-line customer service functions, local knowledge and support.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, have a great understanding of customer service principles and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, you will have a strong knowledge of the Shire and local area, as well as a current C class manual driver's licence.
You will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to our customers and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

* Maintaining accurate records and databases
Requirements:
* Degree in any field or relevant experience
