Change and Engagement Lead
This role will suit an experienced Change and Engagement professional, who has led change and engagement activity within large-scale service delivery transformation solutions in the government sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver strategic change management guidance to project members, focusing on change strategies that impact government departments and agencies, and external suppliers engaging with digital platforms.
* Develop communication, engagement and change management strategies to facilitate a clear understanding, and successful delivery, of digital programs of work and supporting activities.
* Design change and engagement solutions in collaboration with product teams, departmental stakeholders and suppliers, then lead the implementation of these solutions to ensure high quality outcomes are delivered.
* Lead workshops with diverse stakeholders to guarantee a pragmatic and well-understood implementation and execution of digital change management programs.
* Manage business change expectations and identify potential change and engagement risks within project scope, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Requirements
* Proven experience in developing and implementing stakeholder change and engagement strategies, focusing on the design and delivery of sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, context switching and prioritization.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, project teams and business stakeholders.
