Business Support Officer (Full-time, fixed term for 2 years) An excellent opportunity for a professional and dedicated Business Support Officer to join our established team in a critical customer service support role. Governed by Australia and New Zealand Police Commissioners, ANZPAA is the gateway organisation to position policing for the future. About the role The ANZPAA Business Support Officer acts as a conduit between the agency and key stakeholders. They are responsible for resolving issues, improving communications across policing jurisdictions and increasing efficiencies across the Agency. The Business Support Officer will be an administrative ‘all-rounder', providing outstanding customer support across the Agency, and to stakeholders, often at senior levels within Australian and New Zealand Policing. The Business Support officer supports the Executive Assistant to the CEO/Business Support Team Leader and collaborates with other team members to deliver a range of executive level administrative and project support services. About you We are looking for a customer focused and flexible individual who has strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, you will: * Excel in a working in fast-paced, multi-faceted environment where no two days are the same. * Be comfortable with multi-tasking, focused on quality, timeliness and be responsive to stakeholder needs. * Enjoy the challenge of contributing to an agile and responsive agency culture, taking ownership for identifying improvements to processes and implementing new systems. * Have experience managing outlook inboxes, and other MS365 programs, record management, answering telephone inquiries and drafting briefing notes to senior management.
