Structural Foreman
9 Storey Development | Integrated Builder / Developer Model

We are a vertically integrated Builder/Developer delivering a 9-storey development, with our sister company C&R Structure Group undertaking the full structural package.
C&R Structure Group is a MELB/QLD -based commercial structural contractor specialising in formwork, reinforcement, concreting, post-tensioning and precast installation. With over 60 direct staff and delivery experience across medium to high-rise residential, commercial, education, health and government sectors, we operate with modern systems, strong safety culture and structured site leadership.
Due to programme requirements, we are seeking a proven Structural Foreman with demonstrated experience delivering multi-storey concrete structures using advanced table and panel systems.
This is a key leadership role — not a stepping-stone position.
About the Role
You will take ownership of the full structure package from ground through to top-out, driving:
* Slab cycle programming and productivity
* Formwork, reinforcement and concrete crews
* Crane logistics
* QA inspections and engineer sign-offs
* Temporary works, backpropping and stripping
* WHS compliance and safe work methodology
* Coordination of cast-ins, penetrations and embedded services
You will be expected to manage multiple active levels while maintaining tight pour cycles and structural integrity.
Our Systems – Experience Is Mandatory
We operate modern, high-capacity proprietary systems.
Candidates MUST have proven experience using the following:
* PERI Skydeck panel system
* Dokamatic Table formwork (2.5m x 5m / 2.5m x 3m)
* PERI Table systems (3.6m x 3m / 4m x 3.6m / 5.9m x 3.3m)
* Dokaflex modular slab system
* PERI DUO wall system
* PERI Multiprop systems (PEP 20-350, MP350, MP480, MP625)
* Conventional timber formwork (where required)
* Column form systems (e.g. Consystex)
* Stair form systems (e.g. Stairmaster)
If you have not delivered projects using these systems, this role will not be suitable.
Required Experience
* Minimum 8–10 years structural concrete experience
* Proven delivery of 6+ level projects (high-rise preferred)
* Strong understanding of table form cycling and vertical programme
* Experience managing slab-on-ground through to suspended slabs
* Demonstrated ability to run large crews safely and productively
* Trade qualified (Carpentry/Formwork preferred)
* Strong drawing interpretation and sequencing skills
Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractors will be highly regarded.
