Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain comprehensive financial dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide accurate, real-time insights across all business units.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate complex data into clear, impactful financial metrics.
* Analyse financial performance and key drivers, delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance business outcomes.
* Streamline financial reporting processes through automation, improving efficiency and accuracy.
* Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and working with IT on system enhancements.
* Present key financial insights to senior management, including variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
* Lead and train teams on Power BI and reporting tools, developing user guides and running training sessions.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, supporting financial planning and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
* Degree in Accounting or Finance.
* CA / CPA qualification.
* Experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven expertise in financial analysis & reporting.
* Advanced Power BI & Excel proficiency.
* Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
* Ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.
* Proactive with strong initiative & accountability.
