About Us
We have a long history dating back to 1913, making us proud to make a real difference in people's lives by offering top-quality products at low prices. We first entered the Australian grocery market in 2001 and have since grown to almost 600 stores with 8 distribution centers across five states.
If you've ever shopped at our stores, you know we're not an average supermarket. Neither are we an average employer. We're a place where you'll find good people, a sense of purpose, and great opportunities. So, you can work with a team that feels like home, contribute to the community, and enjoy a fulfilling career.
It's that simple. We're all about being different – for good.
About the Role
This is your chance to be the driving force behind multiple store locations, shaping the future of retail and inspiring excellence in every aspect of your role. Your leadership will impact both employees and customers, setting new standards for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a permanent full-time opportunity to oversee a portfolio of stores in the Prestons region.
We're looking for leaders who can bring their interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and management abilities developed in other industries to our business. If you haven't had experience in retail before, don't worry – we have plenty of knowledge and experience to share. We'll provide you with a comprehensive training plan and mentorship from day one. With our hands-on training, you'll develop skills that will elevate your career and enrich your personal journey.

1. Leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of 5-6 Store Managers to ensure all stores run smoothly and help our customers become Australia's most satisfied.
