Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations.
* Holds a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and one or more ServiceNow Mainline Certifications at an Implementation Specialist level in IT Service Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Service Mapping, Customer Service Management, or Human Resources.
* Proficiency in monitoring system health and proactively addressing any issues to minimize downtime.
* Excellent communication skills to distill technical information into plain English.
