About the role Specialist psychiatric services for forensic and high‑risk consumers across Queensland, primarily within Mental Health and Police Programs, providing clinical governance, reviews, support, training and quality improvement About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Provision of specialist forensic mental health input to Hospital and Health Service (HHS) mental health services through consultation and liaison, intervention and educational services. * Attendance at team meetings, PCC MHLS Steering Committee meetings and other interagency meetings related to the PCC MHLS. * Active involvement in education, training and service promotion programs across Queensland Health and Queensland Police Service. * Participate in the development of and oversee implementation of collaborative work procedures to ensure compliance with relevant health legislative frameworks. * Participate in quality improvement and research activities.
