This is a key technical role within a collaborative design and construction environment, where your expertise will directly influence how homes are built on site. The Role Reporting to the Design/Drafting Manager and working closely with the Technical Building Manager, this role focuses on construction detailing. You will take ownership of documenting detailed building solutions currently produced by hand, translating them into high-quality Revit-based details, and developing structured systems that support consistency across design, production, estimating, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed construction drawings and technical details for residential projects Convert hand-drawn and concept details into accurate, standardised Revit documentation Develop and maintain a library of construction details, standards, and templates Ensure all details comply with NCC, Australian Standards, and best-practice buildability Work closely with the Technical Building Manager to refine construction solutions Support estimating and construction teams with clear, build-ready documentation Coordinate consultant inputs where required to ensure integrated detailing Contribute to continuous improvement of drafting processes and technical systems About You Proven experience in a dedicated construction detailing role within residential building Advanced Revit capability, particularly in detailing and documentation standards Strong technical knowledge of residential construction methods and materials Trade background highly regarded, with a practical understanding of on-site buildability Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality technical drawings Collaborative communicator who works well across design, estimating, and construction Qualifications & Experience Diploma or qualification in Building Design, Drafting, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential drafting, with a strong focus on detailing Experience working alongside builders, engineers, and technical managers Why Join Us?
