Job Description
The Project Controls Analyst will serve as the primary point of contact for contract and financial coordination with the project team, owners, and subcontractors.
* Reviews owner's contracts to ensure all terms and requirements are being met.
* Organizes, enters and maintains budget information in project accounting system.
* Reviews and enters purchase order and subcontract agreements; manages subcontractor payment distributions.
* Develops and/or tracks detailed procurement and construction resource loaded schedules in Primavera P6.
* Analyzes job cost and identifies problems; compiles and issues project performance reports.
* Actively leads the billing process including regular cash flow maintenance.
* Compiles and maintains change order documentation.
* Reviews and tracks waivers, affidavits, and collections.
* Utilizes analytical systems, methods and tools to monitor the project.
* Participates in project review meetings.
The ideal candidate will be results-driven, have a client-focused approach, and work well independently and as part of the project team. They must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, and be able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
