We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital acquisition campaigns for Talent Recruitment and Sales Lead Generation. This hands-on role will focus on enhancing our workforce through targeted recruitment efforts and driving sales leads for our various operational units, including Residential Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, and Veteran Services.
**As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will**:
€¢ Implement comprehensive digital acquisition activity across multiple channels €¢ Plan, execute, and manage paid digital media campaigns to drive recruitment and sales outcomes €¢ Distil campaign planning into channel and creative tactics that drive targeted outcomes and align with our Values and Brand Guidelines €¢ Utilise data-driven insights to test and optimise creative executions for maximum ROI €¢ Help qualify and monitor campaign leads to support our recruitment and sales goals €¢ Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement engaging and responsive digital lead-generation campaigns
**About you**:
€¢ Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred €¢ Experience in digital acquisition marketing and paid media, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution, ideally with lead generation and/or acquisition experience €¢ Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, testing and tools €¢ Proficiency in analytics and conversion tracking €¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration €¢ Creative problem solver with a proactive approach and a passion for digital marketing €¢ Experienced in managing digital marketing campaign budgets and monitoring and optimising paid media campaigns for ROI €¢ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities €¢ Results-driven and proactive with a 'curious' mindset and a commitment to continual improvement to achieve business goals
