The ICT Contracts and Asset Management Section within the ICT Strategy and Investment Management Branch of our client's Information Management and Technology Division has a requirement for up to (2x) labour hire resources to fill the role of ICT Contracts Administrator.
Key duties and responsibilities
Job Specific Role Description
Work as a part of a team of procurement and contract management staff to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs and outcomes as part of delivery of ICT contract management and procurement services to the Department.Performing ICT procurement and contract management-related administrative duties, including invoicing review, correspondence, reporting, records management, and scheduling meetings.Developing and maintaining strong internal & external working relationshipsDemonstrated high level of written and verbal communication, organisation and administration skills.

Technical skills
