* Proficient in computer systems, with experience in Opera Cloud being a distinct advantage.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to guest needs
