About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled recruitment program manager to join our team in shaping and executing our global talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and launch innovative recruitment programs that address key hiring needs.
* Oversight of the full lifecycle of complex, multi-region initiatives.
* Lead with data and insight to inform program design and execution.
* Enhance stakeholder experience through seamless, engaging, and reflective interactions.
* Build strategic partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Deliver executive-level insights through impactful dashboards and presentations.
Requirements:
* At least 6–10 years of experience in program management in recruitment programs, project management, strategy, talent acquisition or consulting.
* Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics to drive program decisions.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated success in change management and organizational transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
* MBA or Master's degree in Organization Development, HR, Business, or related field.
* Professional certification in project or program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
* Experience with advanced recruiting technologies and employer branding strategies.
