About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our bespoke multidisciplinary clinic located in Melbourne's North-Western suburbs. Owned and operated by an Occupational therapist, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside highly experienced and passionate Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists. In this role, you will deliver goal-directed therapy services in clinic and community settings, collaborating with families and caregivers to support children’s strengths and participation in their communities. Your focus will include designing sustainable, long-term therapy plans aligned with client goals. Work closely with a dynamic, innovative team dedicated to best-practice interventions for neurodiverse children and their families. This is a permanent full-time position, however part-time may also be considered. Benefits: Competitive remuneration, salary packaging, and travel allowances. Achieve fantastic job satisfaction About You: Bachelor qualification in Speech Pathology SPA registration 1 years of experience needed (preferably paeds NDIS) Demonstrated ability to work in and contribute to a team Strong organisational skills A high level of written and verbal communication skills Ability to treat participants with a wide range of disabilities Experience working within a multidisciplinary team (desirable) Current Police check Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC) Cleared NDIS Worker Screen Check Access to own car and current driver’s license Eligible to work permanently in Australia A bout Us: MediRecruit provides a specialist healthcare recruitment and career advisory service for Allied Health professionals in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
