What's the role about?
You'll play a crucial part in testing concrete out in the field. Open to candidates with varying levels of experience in concrete testing, so we're looking for self‑motivated individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a permanent full‑time role that includes weekend shifts, perfect for those who enjoy variety and flexibility, with RDOs and overtime to match.
Your new role will involve:
* Performing field testing in the Sydney/Greater Sydney areas
* Carrying out equipment calibrations
* Conducting laboratory testing operations
* Ensuring NATA requirements are met
* Assisting the technical team
You're a great fit if you:
* Have a current Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
* Hold or are willing to obtain a valid Construction White Card
* Have a great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn
* Are tenacious and take ownership of your responsibilities
* Are customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and motivated to achieve goals
* Have qualifications in Testing Operations and/or Laboratory Techniques (not essential)
* Exhibit excellent health and safety behaviours
* Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal)
* Are physically fit
The Recruitment Process:
