**The role**
You will create a world-class customer experience that drive store performance by executing and elevating the visual brief, and coaching our store team on best practice VM principals
- Deliver the monthly visual directive, support to execute VM set-ups and new store openings
- Collaborate and partner across key business functions to problem solve issues and improve experiences for the team and our customer
- Train and coach store teams to deliver store presentation within the VM framework
- Assess store needs and use your judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sales
- Support 7 stores in your remit based in Northern Brisbane
