Pharmacy Technician Role
The Pharmacy Technician is a vital role within our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Pharmacist to assist with medication dispensing, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently.
* Remain up-to-date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary, including any changes or updates.
* Provide high-quality patient care to our patients and customers, responding to their needs and concerns.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in dispensing medications, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* A Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent qualification, with S2/S3 qualifications considered an asset.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent care and service.
