About the role
This full-time New Homes Sales Consultant role at Winning Homes IQ in Perth, WA offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading building company. We're offering fresh, qualified leads, exclusive land access, no display shifts, and a platform for serious sales professionals to thrive.
What you'll be doing
1. Actively engage with potential buyers and provide them with expert knowledge about Winning Homes IQ designs and offerings
2. Assist buyers throughout the sales journey, from initial inquiry, info session, design selection to contract signing and settlement
3. Working closely with our land partners, finance brokers and internal teams
4. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
5. Maintain accurate records and reporting on all sales activities and CRMs
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in new home sales preferred
2. A proven performer who can hit the ground running and can be self sufficient
3. A confident communicator who closes deals and builds strong relationships
4. A team player with strong organisational skills and industry knowledge
5. Hungry to exceed targets and grow a long-term career
6. A great networker
