The Maintenance and Reliability team at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Carole Park has exciting opportunities available.
The role offers a competitive starting rate with potential for growth through annual performance cycles, maintenance fitter circulars, and overtime pay.
A 15% afternoon shift loading premium and rotating shifts are also part of the package, with the option to apply for flexible work or fixed shifts after 12 months.
Overtime is calculated daily after working 7.6 hours, and you'll enjoy air-conditioned workshops and a clean, safe working environment.

Main Duties
* You will perform maintenance duties on plant and equipment to optimize operational efficiency.
* Undertake plant and equipment breakdown fault finding and repairs across the site.
* Provide preventative maintenance to all areas of the site.
* Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement teams.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records for activities.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all work is carried out professionally to the highest standard.
* Follow company policies, objectives, SOPs, GMP, and health and safety requirements.
* Champion safety across the site, identify hazards, and provide engineering solutions where required.

* You should be able to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly and efficiently.
* Precision is key when maintaining machinery to the highest standards.
* Ability to spot small issues before they become larger problems.
* Strong collaboration with other maintenance staff, engineers, and production teams.
* Ability to prioritize tasks for timely completion with minimal disruption to production.
* A commitment to adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
* Ability to train and mentor others on safety procedures.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals.
* Knowledge of the latest technology and best practices in maintenance and mechanical repairs.
* A proactive approach to maintaining equipment before issues arise to avoid costly downtime.
* Ability to maintain good client relations and service efficiency.
