Job Title: Bid Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the full bid process from start to finish
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions
* Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content
* Ensure that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies, branding and industry regulations
* Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions
* Assist with the maintenance of data and bid information libraries
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator
* Previous experience working in the construction/building industry, or similar desirable
* Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Excellent attention to detail – document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-reading
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Strong team player with the ability to multitask
* Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes
