**Key responsibilities**
- Develop and implement internal and external communication campaigns, strategies, and plans to align with business objectives.
- Conduct industry and market research to understand audience preferences, identify trends, and explore new opportunities within Vietnamese and Australian communities to build and enhance brand awareness.
- Work with the Director to develop strategic plan on product offerings, market opportunities, campaign proposals, and digital enhancements to ensure alignment with market demands and business goals.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel advertising and marketing campaigns to promote products, attract new customers, and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of advertising initiatives, including copywriting, artwork development, media scripting, and media placement, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
- Design and coordinate visual assets for print (brochures, flyers, merchandise) and digital platforms (social media graphics, website visuals), including animated content and video editing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, freelancers, and agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral and campaigns.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of the company website, including product listings and troubleshooting, with a focus on optimal performance (knowledge of Wix or Wordpress is advantageous).
- Track, analyse, and report on the performance of traditional and digital marketing campaigns, identifying data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Monitor consumer trends and preferences, making strategic adjustments to maximise campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Develop best practices for search and performance marketing, promoting collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams.
- Monitor and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to foster community engagement, respond to inquiries, and strengthen brand presence.
- Plan and coordinate events, such as expos, trade shows, and showroom displays, to create dynamic and engaging customer experiences that drive sales.
- Provide administrative support, including liaising with suppliers and conducting product training as required.
- Undertake other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant qualifications in journalism, communications, marketing, or at least 2 years experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, content creation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite, graphic design tools, video editing, website management as well as social media platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Architecture or interior design knowledge and experience will be an advantage.
- Must speak English and Vietnamese fluently.
- This role is set to commence in **January 2024**
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
