* Maintain high standards in park presentation, safety, and compliance through proactive measures and effective problem-solving.

What You'll Bring:
* A proven track record of leadership experience, ideally in accommodation or a related field.

* Budget oversight and basic financial reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.
* Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems (a plus, but not essential).
* Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts, with a valid driver's licence and willingness to live on site.
