About the Assistant Park Manager Role

Are you an experienced leader ready to take on a new challenge in the heart of the Goldfields? We are seeking a confident and capable Assistant Park Manager to help lead park operations and support our friendly team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee guest check-ins, bookings, and accounts with precision and attention to detail.
* Support and mentor staff across departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and revenue growth initiatives to drive business success.
* Maintain high standards in park presentation, safety, and compliance through proactive measures and effective problem-solving.
* Respond to after-hours operational needs as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
* Contribute to local marketing and guest engagement efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

What You'll Bring:

* A proven track record of leadership experience, ideally in accommodation or a related field.
* Strong people skills and team development expertise, with a focus on empowerment and growth.
* Budget oversight and basic financial reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.
* Familiarity with RMS or other reservation systems (a plus, but not essential).
* Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts, with a valid driver's licence and willingness to live on site.
