Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a diverse role that involves maintaining and operating a large fleet of agricultural machinery and implements.
The successful candidate will be based at one of our three orchards near Busselton and will be responsible for:
* Service, repair, and maintain the machinery fleet for optimal reliability and availability.
* Liaise with supplier networks to improve machinery performance.
* Modify machinery as needed to ensure tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and productively.
* Manage the workshop, monitoring consumables, oils, filters, and commonly used spares.
About You
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and possess the following skills:
* Experience in operating machinery.
* A strong commitment to safe work practices.
* Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, along with the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and self-manage competing priorities.
* A proven ability to deliver against set objectives.
