**About the role**
Our client is a multinational organisation in the professional service industry. Due to a change in company restructure they require an experience billings specialist to join a fast paced, busy environment. The role is heavily focused on providing team support with your team, but also being able to stick to the KPI's around debt reporting, collecting, timely billings and ad hoc duties. This is a permanent opportunity.
**The responsibilities**
Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be mainly responsible for:
- Implement new billing strategies
- Manage a large ledger
- Hitting KPI's
- On time debt collection
- Be customer service driven in all aspects of the role
- Monthly reporting and process improvement
**The successful applicant will have**
You will have had experience in a similar role in a high volume, fast paced environment. You will have experience in a similar role with a "hands on" approach. You will have excellent communication skills and proven experience with process improvement initiatives.
